Thinkshift Communications earned the 2023 CSR Team of the Year honor and an honorable mention in the CSR Agency of the Year category in the PRNEWS Social Impact Awards, which recognize outstanding corporate social responsibility and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in the PR and communications industry.
The CSR Team of the Year award recognizes Thinkshift for its commitment to helping social enterprises grow and expand their impact through media relations, brand story development and thought leadership.

PRNEWS cited Thinkshift’s success in accelerating sustainable brands, cleantech companies, nonprofits and social enterprises and working with clients that are tackling systemic challenges. The publication also noted that Thinkshift models sustainable business in its own operations: in 2010, the firm was among the first 300 B Corporations and it supports environmental nonprofits through 1% for the Planet. In 2012, the agency became one of California’s first 25 benefit corporations, legally committing to its mission.
