We enjoy our housemade Disruptivator cocktail so much we have to share the recipe every year at about this time. It’s perfect for the holidays: a cool drink that will warm you down to your toes and power you through year’s end and beyond.
2 oz. reposado tequila (we favor Herradura)
1-1/2 oz. apple cider
Juice of 1 small lemon
1/2 oz. creme de cassis
Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lime peel.
