New clients this month: Fish 2.0 and Opticos Design

Sandra Stewart | March 27, 2015

We’re excited to welcome two new clients to the Thinkshift fold this month: Fish 2.0, a business competition for sustainable seafood companies, and the architecture and urban planning firm Opticos Design, a fellow B Corp.

Fish 2.0 aims to build the knowledge and connections needed to increase investment in the sustainable seafood sector. Competitors improve their business models and learn how to approach investors, and investors gain early access to new deals and learn how sustainable seafood can help build their portfolios. The biennial competition is open to both established and early-stage businesses—a new prize package gives revenue-generating businesses access to high-level buyers. During the 2013 competition, 160 businesses applied and 21 finalists presented to a room of over 100 investors. This year’s competition promises to be bigger and more globally representative, and Fish 2.0 hired Thinkshift to spread the word.

Opticos Design (a firm you might recognize as the model for our B Corp story infographic) is an award-winning team of designers, architects and planners that works with cities and developers to build sustainable, livable communities, and apply the latest technology and sustainability innovations to projects ranging from single buildings to entire city plans. We’re working with them on a marketing plan that will help them expand on their growing reputation as a thought leader.
