We try to stay connected with other socially and environmentally responsible businesses and know others do too, so here’s a heads-up on a fun upcoming event: the Green Chamber of Commerce’s annual party. The event, happening September 20, is a great way to meet and mingle with over 300 sustainable business leaders, advocates and practitioners.
We had a great time at last year’s party, and since Sandra is a board member, naturally we will continue to support the Green Chamber, partly by giving away some of our delicious Thinkshift-labeled wine (made by Eight Arms Cellars). The year’s attractions include tasty samples from local green food and beverage providers; keynote speaker Chris Librie, director of HP Environmental and Health Initiatives; and a prize raffle (wine is just one of many things you could win).
